I appreciate the wisdom, experience, spirit, and culturally specific training that Three Golden Choices brings to the clients in my apprenticeship program. I needed someone to create a safe space where men of color and adverse circumstances can be vulnerable, respected, valued, and listened to without judgement. This has been the right approach to enhance the habits and mindset for a positive lifestyle change in the lives of my clients.

 Before attending this course, I struggled with maintaining positive relationships. After attending this course, I have developed healthy relationships and have been able to decipher who is a positive influence on my life. I can look deeper inside my character to increase my positive traits and eliminate negative traits to move forward successfully.

Before attending this course, I was struggling with accountability. Today, I am more accountable for all my mishaps, taking responsibility and asserting myself more on bettering myself. I think more positively with positive self-talk and have stopped the bad habits of procrastination and excuses. This course changes lives, I recommend it to anyone who has a desire to improve their behavior to become a better person.

This course helped me to achieve a greater depth of spirituality that enables me to implement sustainable principles in my life. Relevant texts and reference materials gave a clearer pathway to understanding. As a result, I have improved my spiritual practice, family relationships and found an increased sense of well-being.
